Hunting Packages

  • Quality pair of well broke in supportive hiking or winter boots depending on expected weather
  • Quality socks (wool etc.)
  • Appropriate clothing that can be layered for temperature fluctuation 
  • .270 caliber rifle or larger for rifle hunts and at least one full box (20) appropriate cartridges 
  • For archery hunts bow must have minimum of 60lb draw weight and one dozen arrows equipped with 100 grain broadheads. 
  • All projectiles must be the same. DO NOT bring miss matched arrows, bullets or broadheads. 
  • Clients are expected to be efficient at 300 yards with their rifle and 40 yards with archery equipment
  • Day backpack
  • Binoculars and or rangefinder
  • Personal toiletries, toothpaste, toothbrush, soaps etc.
  • Flashlight/headlamp 
  • Appropriate gloves for expected weather
  • ​Clean bedding is provided but we encourage you to bring your own pillow, bedroll and towel.

-6 Day ARCHERY or RIFLE-Elk Only-$5,900 per hunter  
-6 Day RIFLE-Deer/Antelope Combo-$4,500.00 per hunter

-6 Day Spring Bear-$3,500.00 per hunter 

-Deer/Antelope Trophy Fee - $1,000.00 upon kill, additional to elk

  • Elk/Deer hunts take place in general draw regions 314. The application deadline is March 15th. If you miss this deadline, surplus Elk and Deer tags are normally available in the beginning of May. First come first serve basis.
  • Antelope hunts take place in unit 900-20 for archery. The Antelope Application deadline is June 1st. 
  • These rates are based on 2 hunters per one guide. For one on one guided hunts add $1,000.00 to hunt total.
  • Deposit/Refund Policy:  Banthem Outfitting requires deposit (half of hunt fee) to solidify intended dates. First come, first serve. Booking well in advance is recommended due to availability. Your deposit is Non-Refundable. However, in the event client does not obtain license, Banthem Outfitting will apply deposit to the next hunting season or refund deposit by December 31 of that year. Clients are responsible for licensing and tags in all circumstances.
  • Wound policy- If you draw blood on an animal you are done hunting that species.
  • Forms of payment include cash, personal check or cashiers check
  • These prices include meals, comfortable lodging and a professional guide. Lodging varies and ranges from cabin camps to wall tents and campers. We move where the game moves.
  • These prices DO NOT include hunting licenses (tags), client travel, meat processing, taxidermy or gratuities. We offer a shuttle to and from Bozeman/Yellowstone International airport at an additional cost. We prefer you to drive or rent a rental care for your stay.
